Panic Attacks

    The prevention of panic attacks is in the hands of the patient. It is important for the patient to know the symptoms because it is only then will the patient be ready when the panic attack arrives. One of the fundamental things to breath deeply as this relaxes your nerves. You must understand that panic attacks do not have a fast cure and that you must always undergo therapy, which definitely is more time consuming. One must understand not to be too critical of themselves and avoid stimulants like caffeine and nicotine. These stimulants make a patient more vulnerable to panic attacks.
